Service scope

1M AI provides independent catalog information, comparisons and deterministic solution-composition results through Explore and Ingredients. The alpha does not process payments, sell publisher subscriptions or promise continuous production availability.

Information and decisions

Catalog facts are sourced and dated where possible, but products, prices, availability and publisher terms can change. Users must confirm material purchasing, legal, financial, security and technical requirements with the relevant publisher. 1M AI does not provide professional legal, medical or financial advice.

Third-party services

Outbound links lead to independent third parties governed by their own terms and privacy notices. An affiliate relationship does not make 1M AI the publisher’s representative or contracting party.

Acceptable use

Users must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse catalog content to mislead others, or use the service unlawfully. Automated access requires prior written permission unless expressly provided by a public interface.

Intellectual property

1M AI’s original interface, structure and editorial material belong to 1M PARTNERS LTD or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability and governing law

Final limitations of liability, consumer-rights language, dispute process and governing-law wording must be approved before publication. Nothing in this draft excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
